WILL MY CAMERAS CAPTURE LICENCE PLATE NUMBERS?
Generally speaking if the vehicle is stationary or slow moving and its daytime a standard camera will capture a plate number if within range of identification.
For a camera to capture plate numbers when a vehicle is moving at high speed it requires the ability to alter settings in exposure and contrast not found in standard cameras.
